  4. You shall lifetime access to the course you are purchasing for so long as the course exists. If the course you purchase is retired (discontinued), you shall have the opportunity to download all the relevant materials over a 30-day timeframe before access thereto is revoked.

F. Community Access

Some of our courses also contain access to a private Facebook group (the “Private Groups”). None of The IGInfluencer Guide, FashionTravelRepeat LLC and Victoria Rutwind shall be liable, and none of the foregoing endorse, the information shared amongst community members in the Private Groups. Access to the Private Groups may be revoked at any time FashionTravelRepeat LLC. The Private Groups are provided solely for your convenience and may be shut down at any time by FashionTravelRepeat LLC, with or without notice. The closing of a Private Group is not grounds for a refund of any kind. The Private Groups are provided strictly as free bonuses to the courses.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members of the Private Groups. You understand and agree that any contact, whether online or in-person, with any participant is done solely at your own risk. The IGInfluencer Guide, FashionTravelRepeat LLC and Victoria Rutwind disclaim any and all liability for any interactions between participants and you expressly hold The IGBoss Academy, FashionTravelRepeat LLC and Victoria Rutwind harmless for any such interaction.

G. Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

I. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

J. Refunds

Any purchase of The IGInfluencer Guide course comes with a 30-day refund period. If a buyer purchases the course, they may ask for a refund are not satisfied, they may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. The refund period will beginning on the date and time (hour and minute) and ending exactly 720 hours later. For example, if a buyer purchased the course at 9:01 am (Eastern time) on January 1, the refund period for that purchase would expire at 9:01 am (Eastern time) on January 31st.

In the event that a video audit was provided to the purchaser before the refund was requested during the refund period, the value of the audit ($200 USD) will be deducted from the total amount refunded. In the event that any one-on-one coaching calls were provided to the purchaser during the refund period, the value of each such coaching call ($250 USD each) will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

K. Enforceability

If any provision herein or otherwise in the School is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions thereof.

L. Governing Law + Venue; Waiver of Jury Trial

Any claim relating to or arising out of the School’s website, the content contained therein, or any action or inaction by the School, FashionTravelRepeat LLC, The IGInfluencer Guide or Victoria Rutwind, shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the School, or between the School, FashionTravelRepeat LLC, The IGInfluencer Guide or Victoria Rutwind, on the one hand, and any participant in the School shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York. New York. The parties agree to submit to, and not to contest, the jurisdiction of such courts.

The parties hereby irrevocably waive their respective rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the School's website, the content contained therein, or any action or inaction by the School, FashionTravelRepeat LLC, The IGInfluencer Guide or Victoria Rutwind.

M. Equitable Remedies.

You acknowledge and agree that in the event of certain breaches of these terms, FashionTravelRepeat LLC and/or Victoria Rutwind may suffer irreparable injury, such that no remedy at law will afford it adequate protection against, or appropriate compensation for, such injury. Accordingly, you agree that FashionTravelRepeat LLC and Victoria Rutwind shall be entitled to any injunctive relief, without proof of damages or having to post a bond, as may be granted by a court of competent jurisdiction.

N. No Relationship.

Your use of this School and any courses herein – including implementation of any suggestions set out in this School and/or use of any courses and/or resources available herein – does not create a professional-client relationship between you and FashionTravelRepeat LLC, Victoria Rutwind or any of their respective members, owners, officers, employees, representatives or agents.
